This dynamic keynote provides an inspirational experience to either begin or end a conference. Since it can be a dog eat dog world, it’s best to be a Big Dog. Big Dogs are individuals who are confident in their abilities and humble in their communications with others.  Dr. Thea conducted interviews with nationally and internationally known leaders in their fields to identify the characteristics and strategies used by these “Big Dogs.”

Care*ageous Kids™ is an evidence-informed character development curriculum. Dr. Thea has developed the curriculum and the train-the-trainer component for professionals and para-professionals in school, community, and faith-based settings. Care*ageous Kids™ is designed to assist children in a fun and age-appropriate manner with developing positive social skills that will help them succeed as students and citizens.

The 1 day retreat is designed for busy organizations who would like employees to have a retreat like experience in a single day. The retreat is geared towards social service professionals and para-professionals working with victims of abuse and violence.
